FRAUD
Nick Gianoulakis:

-and his wife Evilina Polujanski lied about his intention to purchase the 5563 Cedar Springs Road property, a $10m+ mansion in Burlington
-used his fake interest to pay almost no rent as a tenant for several months,
-refused to leave when evicted,
-was ordered to leave by the Sheriff and Ontario Superior Court,
-his family (including six school-age children not enrolled in school) and their dogs left this $10m+ mansion with feces and urine all over the marble floors, food waste, used diapers, appliances ripped out and stolen, windows broken and then deliberately damaged the property (photos below),
-left mounds of full and rotting garbage bags in the garage because he was too lazy to take them to the street for municipal collection days, and
-left invoices outstanding and unsettled and did not pay proper rent or legal fees

-Any future landlord, mortgage lender or counterparty should AVOID doing business with Nick Gianoulakis.

Nectarios Gianoulakis charges expenses to 1000274219 Ontario Inc. and then deliberately fails to pay those expenses - see evidence of a $10,596.23 bill for propane he then walked away from and failed to pay any of it to the utility company (Superior Propane).
