-wilful disregard for the condition of a $10m+ mansion, cancelling electrical and insurance in winter to spurn Sherazade Khursigara's creditors
-tenant fraud to frustrate creditor enforcement action
-non-payment of debts of over $1,500,000 (plus interest)
-non-payment of legal fees and other unsettled judgements
-Sherri Khursigara and Bond Homes Ltd are now being sued by Tarion, the Ontario New Home Warranty Insurer, for multiple deficiencies in new homes constructed and sold by them to buyers

-left numerous invoices unpaid and did not pay proper rent or legal fees
